How long will my order take?
Because everything is made to order in small batches, processing is 3–5 business days (and 7–10 business days during peak periods). Transit time is additional and averages 2–5 business days within the U.S.
Do you offer rush processing?
Limited rush options may be available. Email info@sunkissedglo.org with your need-by date before ordering.
What if my balm arrives soft or melted?
This can happen in hot weather. Place the closed tin upright at room temp or in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to re-solidify. Texture may change slightly, but performance remains lovely.
What are the ingredients? Are they organic?
We use organic and earth-friendly ingredients wherever possible. Full ingredient lists are shown on each product page and label.
I have sensitive skin—what should I know?
Always patch test on a small area first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact your healthcare provider.
Can I return or exchange?
Due to the personal nature of skincare, opened products are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos within 3 days of delivery to info@sunkissedglo.org and we’ll make it right. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days—email us to confirm.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of purchase. Because we blend in small batches, changes may not be possible once production begins.
What is the shelf life? How should I store products?
Best within 6–12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the U.S. only (international coming soon).
Do you offer bridal, executive, or VIP boxes?
